Welcome to the site dedicated to The WDM.

Robert Downey Jr., Will Smith. Doctor Who. The Joker... What do all of these people have in common???
Welcome to the site dedicated to The WDM.

During conversations, I'm often stopped and asked, "What is a 'WDM'??" -----> WDM = Well-Dressed Male

A term I thought up years ago, after realizing how many men don't know or care how to dress well. The scene so sparse in fact that when a nicely dressed boy was actually spotted, the sighting sparked a tiny celebration amongst us girls.

That's what this blog is about, appreciating boys in nice outfits. It's pretty simple.

My WDMs range from Modern (suits, street/casual wear) to Period costuming to Fantasy and Cosplay costuming. My only requirement is that you be male, and that I like your style, whatever it is. We applaud you all for caring about what you look like. Or appearing to care about what you look like. :D

Also expect to see hair-related posts.. I'm a fan of boys with fun/nice/interesting hair.

I use my term 'WDM' to promote a good thing, going forth through the internet with images taken from red carpet events, videos, magazines, films, shows, candids, whatever! to use those pics for good, and not evil.

Awesome for your eyeballs. You're welcome.

Let's Start With One of My Most Favorite Males... Robert Downey Jr.

I've been wanting to see this man my whole life. I finally saw RDJ once, last year, from across a impossibly crowded space at ComicCon. I laid eyes on him and immediately became impregnated. With triplets. Little Iron Man, Lil Sherlock, and Little Osiris...

I'm always delighted at how well Robert rocks his suit!! The boy is hands down my most favorite.
There was a time when I never knew how to answer that "Who is your favorite actor" question. It's the like the 'fav song' or 'fav movie' thing. It's a stupid question, there are SO many to choose from that are all so great, why would you pick only one. No longer the case with the actor question. It's not so much a matter of picking a favorite one, it's more a matter of which out of all of them keeps rising to your own personal top list, without being forced at all. After Tropic Thunder, Fur, Sherlock, The Soloist and Iron Man(s), RDJ is at the top of my list. I loved him since like 8th grade, so it's been a long time coming. :D

More to come on RDJ! :D In the meantime, you can read my raving about Sherlock Holmes on my public journal here: Uh-oh, still haven't seen Avatar! But maybe I have seen Sherlock four times... Don't judge me.
